/api/record/flv/play?streamPath=live/rtc 将某个flv文件读取并发布成一个直播流
http://[HOST]:[Gateway Port]/vod/live/rtc.flv 将会读取对应的flv文件

能做成 /api/record/mp4/play?streamPath=vod/rtc 将某个mp4文件读取并发布成一个hls 点播流么

看作者有 FMS经验，应该了解这个需求。
