Possibly related to #535

Issue: When colliding with a starport, I was flung at incredible speeds to another planet. Judging by the time it took, I was travelling at several times the max speed. I slowed to nearly a stop upon entering the atmosphere. I think it might also be related to the infamous ship eating planets bug. This was a planet rather close to it's star, so moving fast, and the starport was on the side away from the star.

Repro: Collide with a starport and be lucky I guess? I was using the vanguard at the time.
I really hate to submit a bug with no repro, but i think you can fix it by capping the max speed after a collision to the highest of both speeds before

As in, you got the star line speed boost to a destination without actually entering the point in the middle of the structure, instead you just collided with the outside of the structure? And/Or it just flung you somewhere totally different at a speed different than what a star lane is supposed to move you at?

If this is a behavior with how box2 handles collisions then I don't think you can really fix this without increasing the number of intermediary steps that box2d uses. At that point it might get kind of expensive.
