Missing Texture/Model

So I was making a claymore texture for a texture pack im working on, when I added it to the pack and loaded mc it shows up as a missing texture block. It is a replacement for a golden sword. the file is called "golden_sword". Thanks in advance

Fyi I had to post the .json in txt. I have it as a JSON
