During installation of pGina fork 3.9.9.12 on Windows Server 2016 (64bit) the installer points out the following dependency: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)

How is it required and why a 32 bit release on a 64 bit OS?
Are there additional possible requirements for the installation (I did not find anything on docs).
