Publish sequence editor adaptation types

The development process for sequence adaptations involves developing code that implicitly depends on aerie-ui code, primarily Sequence Type Definitions.

Publish the types in this file and update existing adaptations to rely on these types instead of local definitions.

As part of this work we should look at if there's other code that is shared that is worth publishing in the same library

@dandelany, @joswig, and @mattdailis do we want to move this to another Aerie repo?

I'm sure @duranb might have some input on shared code as well, I'm thinking a lot of the time conversion stuff.
