💡 Description

Right now, data is processed through Nucleus, published to S3, and made available through the S3 Browser like any other publicly released data. We need to lock this down and provide clear mechanisms for securing and managing this data.

Public Release Workflow

Inputs: Bundle LIDVID or Collection LIDVID or Product LIDVID

1. Run TBD executor to release data through S3 / S3 Browser
2. Run registry manager to release data through Registry API
3. Run deep archive to deliver SIP to NSSDCA
