          I wonder if there is a way to remove this ONE demand from the workflow. As far as I know, we only use it as a dummy demand when a damage is only triggered through a damage process. It might be a good idea to enhance the framework to support such cases without the need for such dummy demand.

Again, this is not something that needs to be fixed within the scope of this PR, but please create an issue about it.
