Supported EDP types in a separate file. #65

          Now that we have these in assessment.py, it would be ideal to make this function work off of a data file that is included in the settings folder and lists the various EDPs that are supported. Such a file could be used to replace some of the code in base.py that covers the EDP names and acronyms as well.

Please create an issue for this, no need to address within this PR.
