NeuroRuler forcibly closes down on me when I hit apply to obtain head circumference. I have not experienced this before and the only thing that I can visually notice that sets this apart from others that I have worked with is the presence of the subjects hand. But even after manually removing the hand, I still have the same issue. Below are a few more details in case it might be helpful:
-> Noticed that it does not happen with Otsu Threshold but does with Binary Threshold (I usually start with a lower threshold of 200 and upper threshold of 10000)
-> I can have it open and working perfectly fine until I usually get to certain set of slices (sometimes it might work on a slice and then other times it will not)

Hopefully the information I provided is helpful 🙂

Can you provide a sample image/settings for testing?

Screenshot 2024-05-14 at 7 11 00 PM This is one of the slices where NeuroRuler tends to close when I hit Apply. I have provided an Axial view of the image. Please let me know if anything else would be helpful.

Oh, I'm guessing it's because of the... whatever that is... in the top right corner. Someone would have to significantly change the algorithm for calculating head circumference to be able to ignore extra shape(s) in the image.
