Manage audio loading to eliminate redundant downloads

See this page preview. As you can see, the same file is being loaded over and over but I only require it once. Is there an actual API for this script that I can access?

Actually, as something which is not managed now, this is a totally suitable GitHub issue/feature request.

SoundciteJS isn't under active development, but especially with promises, which weren't a thing when SoundCite was first created, it seems like it wouldn't be that hard to manage this such that audio files aren't loaded redundantly.

We'd welcome a pull request for this.
