when I tried to install MinkowskiEngine, it reported:

/tmp/pip-install-3qk31mrn/MinkowskiEngine/src/broadcast_kernel.cu(257): error: identifier "CUSPARSE_SPMM_ALG_DEFAULT" is undefined

with torch==1.9.0 and cuda==11.1
