It seems that GPU accelerated (partial) HE computation is still not very well developed. Found a couple of packages like cuHE, but they are either relatively too old or only for FHE. Since CGBN is a very handy tool to use, and I'm wondering if you have already turned it into a module for HE-GPU?

I'm also wondering if the recent NVFlare is backed by CGBN?
