I was running NCPA 3.0.0 on some older Ubuntu 18.04 LTS systems and "apt update" prompted that there were updates available to 3.1.1. After taking the update, the NCPA service would not start and produced a segmentation fault and core dump. After a little research in the release notes, I see that Ubuntu 18 support is dropped in version 3.1.1. Downgrading to 3.1.0 resolves the issue. The official repository at https://repo.nagios.com/deb/bionic/ contains 3.1.1 which then shows up in apt. If NCPA 3.1.1 will not run on Ubuntu 18.04, please remove the version from the official repository and change the release process to remove future builds from the bionic repo. Thank you.
