Agile Requirement

As a business owner, I want to make sure I'm compliant with the social media cookie management laws when displaying the livestream video in a modal for my page, by displaying a contentment message for the user to accept or decline the social media cookies.

Description

  1. Get rid of the current social media cookie management banner that appears in the videoplayer modal when the user hasn't accepted the social media cookies yet

Image

  1. Substitute this white banner for the following figma design: https://www.figma.com/file/4PrFQO93oPaF721aT3meXj/VNL-Digital-Reveal?type=design&node-id=5187-49613&mode=design&t=ZOVHU3kCkAwzgMwf-0

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Given that the user hasn’t accepted social media cookies, a message will display over a video poster image with a message to accept/deny the cookies.
  2. When the user accepts, then the message will be dismissed and the livestream video/ video will be loaded.
  3. When the user denies (TBD)

HL estimate to 3 because we are missing requirements.

What happens if the user denies? Can we display a youtube video livestream without accepting cookies? -> Spike created #313
