Removing scaling factors from explicit units conversions

Some equations include explicit scaling factors for unit conversions that should be handled implicitly by 9ml libraries. These need to be detected and removed (could prove difficult)

This will have to be done by unit checking from units read from the units block. Appropriate scaling factors should be calculated and divided from the expressions
