Issue #145 customize login title, intro, and submit button

  • Add Login Settings tab to main admin settings page
  • Move custom CSS setting to Login Settings tab
  • Add inputs for the login title, intro (textarea) and submit button text

Issue #152 automatically accept terms of use

  • Added function to find user ID from the login and use it to make the accept terms of use RPC call
  • Call each time a WA user logs in

Issue #163 add support message

  • Added a Support submenu in the WAP admin settings with links to forum and real time support
