Add the ability for admin to track members by either individual VATSIM CID list or individual.
-Home controlling hours/positions
-Non-Home controlling hours/positions
-Time spent as a pilot/observer
-Refer to VATACT: https://github.com/Nikolai558/VATACT

Provide management a report of airport traffic levels within their facility for a specified time including peak traffic level times and if controllers were online for that traffic or not.
Also provide a report for controlling time in general and peak times.
