Your Environment

  • Library used: Topologic
  • Host application and version (if any) Rhino 7 (7.0.20064.14095, 03/04/2020) and GH 1.0.0007
  • Operating System and version (desktop or mobile): Windows 10, desktop

Context

While exploring different results between CellComplexByFaces vc CellComplex.ByCells
I discover that issue is due to Topology.SelfMerge

Using Faces following two approaches

  1. CellComplex.ByFaces

  1. CellComplex.ByCells

then I explore in more detail
and the issue is here Topology.SelfMerge:

Expected Behavior

Got same results 52 Cells in both methods

Current Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Input Faces as brep
    InputFaces1.zip
