Add title for seat area.

Programmer should have ability for adding text information on seat area block(for example: dancing zone).
It should be drawn horizontally by default and centered.
If it is not enough space for drawn horizontally it should be draw vertically and centered in block. Also if width of block is less then 1/2 of height of block text should be drawn vertically.

If it is not enough space text should be cut from behind to fill in block area.
