Incorrect labeling in COB of BFO:000020 #specifically dependent continuant

COB assigns a new label "characteristic" to the BFO:000020 which already has the label "specifically dependent continuant". Reassigning a label goes against OBO foundry principles and creates issues upon import in our ontology as it renames this concept in Protege.

Preferred solution: Please remove the label "characteristic" and use the correct label "specifically dependent continuant".

For this specific case, there is a long history, see oborel/obo-relations#284.

I think in this situation we want to break the equivalence and make characteristic a subclass of SDC and superclass of quality and disposition.
