An issue with promoting this as the canonical reference is that the Access to Information officers change every now and then - since the last update a year ago, quite a few of the entries were changed.
At least from an email address point of perspective, this isn't so much of an issue for departments that have post-specific email addresses (as opposed to person-specific email addresses). Officers may come and go, but the contact email stays the same. With person-specific email addresses there's a bigger issue since the change of the officer also means the change of the contact email.
A potential solution to this is to add another column to the Google Docs spreadsheet - highlighting the Access to Information officers whose emails are person-specific - these may warrant more frequent checks. Any thoughts?
