Features Currently in 4.0 Nightly

This ticket is meant to be a list of all the upcoming features in 4.0 that folks can refer to to see if there's anything they may want to check out early in the nightly releases before the official 4.0 release.

It will also indicate a list of things that break comparability in the nightly releases. Look at the nightly milestone for bugs that you may run into.
