upgrade to boostrap 5

This ticket is to upgrade to bootstrap 5. We can use it now to collect our thoughts on all the areas we know will be problematic when we upgrade.

• While reviewing Fixes pathfinger_select widget with data-hide option #3460 I noticed that dynamic batch connect really relies on bootstrap 4 classes.

• dropdown-menu-right is now dropdown-menu-end #3590
