[feature]: Persistent Dropdown Menus

When a user clicks on a plus sign to expand a dropdown menu, the expanded content remains visible even after clicking the plus sign again or navigating to another section of the page. This behavior can be frustrating for users as it clutters the screen and makes it difficult to focus on the desired content.

Hi, thanks for the ticket. I agree, if a menu opens it should collapse as well.

Unfortunately the repo for the website is private due to copyright materials, but I'll make this ticket on that repo too and get back to you when it's fixed.
