Deployment template validation failed 'domainNetbiosName'

SUMMARY
I am trying to use templates/azure/Win10-AD-WEC to deploy WEC for testing. Using the defaults do not work.

ERROR DETAIL

ATTEMPTS AT FIX/WORKAROUND

I've searched issues and cannot find a relevant post or fix.
I have tried to add domainNetbiosName to parameters ... but that doesn't work.
I look at commit bd602b7 ... but I don't know how to use it to fix my issue ...
