Cause the snapshot you are using right now might be abandoned in the near future and it's quiet slow for Chinese users as it's located on aws. The fastcatchup features downloads a catchpoint and get the node synced to the latest block in seconds.

We tested the fastcatchup feature but it does not work. Maybe because it's in docker? Need more investigation.
