Updates and Spec Version?

Hi, this is a question, rather than an issue.

It seems this project has not been updated in a very long time (6 years for the emulator). It's stated goal is to provide a virtual TEE according to the "recent" Global Platform spec. As of March 2021, this is at v1.3.

Could I firstly ask which version of the Global Platform TEE spec this project has implemented?

And could I secondly ask whether there is any effort underway, or planned, to update the codebase to the current spec? Or, even better, provide an emulated TEE for each revision of the spec so that people can develop/test against a specific revision?
