Some Widget settings are not independent

Problem

Changing the settings of some widgets will effect settings on other widgets. For example, changing the "smooth" setting in the FFT widget will cause the "smooth" setting of the Band Power widget to change.

Expected

Widget settings should be independent from other widgets. Changing settings for a widget should not affect the settings of another widget.
