[Feature Request] Snap to Ruler to Triangle to allow Parallel Shifting

Hey there,

I'd like to suggest optional snapping between ruler and triangle.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In math class, we're doing parallel shifts during geometric constructions. Allowing ruler and triangle snap to each other is crucial here.

Describe the solution you'd like
After placing the triangle's side at a line, placing a ruler next to the triangle, the ruler should be allowed to optionally snap to the triangle.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None, because moving the ruler free-handed around here is not an option.
