From a quick look at what's available QN and HiSPARC data are more comparable and it's reasonable to share an analysis framework. They both provide "raw" data i.e. timestamps, pulse parameters, etc.

Auger provides basically an event catalog of already-reconstructed events. There is no information on the pulses in the individual stations that make up the event. Auger is also Water Cherenkov + Fluorescence detector, and QN and HiSPARC are scintillators...

Confirming @tpmccauley comment. The data is processed and reconstructed so sort of one level above what we need. Could be worth asking for slightly less processed data at some point but focusing on QuarkNet for now.
