For testing (especially MP mode) implement a GUI tool, where once can trigger IOCTLs to add peer, get version, start VPN, send CC message and so on.

This includes following functionality:

 - get driver version
 - set mode
 - start VPN (p2p/mp)
 - new peer (p2p)
 - send/receive CC messages
