This session is going to be a repackaging of the "how to make a package in 20 minutes" presentation from rstudio::conf.
I have lots of pieces of code that have made or was given and end up copy and pasting between analyses and rmarkdown documents. If this sounds familiar to how you operate then this session is definitely aimed to you!
Matt will take you through how to transform your pieces of code into a reusable and maintainable package
highly recommend bringing a laptop with the latest rstudio installed
We'll stick with the current 11am Tuesday (rm 231 biochem) this time and switch things up after the break
