Problems installing the package in any conda environment

Dear Developers,

I am new to julia, so bear with me if I am missing something here.
I need to install the RomeoDFT.jl package, which depends upon Oxygen.jl. Since I don't have root priviledges on my workstation, I usually use conda to install packages and compilers. The problem is that with any conda environment, I don't manage to install the package. Here it is the error:

My workstation details: Ubutntu 22.04.4 LTS, x86_64, i9-10900X CPU. Conda version 4.9.2.

How to reproduce:

1. conda create -n julia gcc -c conda-forge -y
2. Usual installation via julia of Oxygen.jl

Any help would be extremely appreciated.

Ok, well, it turned out you don't need root priviledges for installing julia, and now everything is working. Nonetheless, I guess it would interesting to understand what is going on with conda.
