This code is setting a bad prefix (just https://) for urls like:

https://play.podtrac.com/npr-510016/edge1.pod.npr.org/anon.npr-mp3/npr/lusa/2020/08/20200813_lusa_prcovid19podcastlusa.mp3?awCollectionId=510016&awEpisodeId=899814770&aw_0_1st.cv=yes&orgId=1&d=1086&p=510016&story=899814770&t=podcast&e=899814770&size=17345949&ft=pod&f=510016
