support client_url on v2

Similar to issue 34, but I would like to be able to use the other fields of Alert Event in particular the client_url one not only with Nagios but any source of alerting.

We are pushing alerts with
pdagent enqueue

getting this error while integrating icinga2 with pagerduty with go-pdagent ,
one more thing to confirm the secret which is there in /etc/pdagent/config.yaml , will that me integration key for pagerduty right ?
