While working on this I got confused between tips, manual entry, offline resource, manual resource and maybe several other terms, gave me the feeling that, at some point, we have to make sure the written infos/help does not confuse more than it helps.

Oh gosh, absolutely! I think those terms have changed a million times already. Perhaps we should just go for 'post' everywhere (similar to a social media post, but searchable here) and be done with it. Suggestions very welcome!
