So far we have export to CSV. I will be expanding the exporting and do the following:

  • Test new ways to make exporting easier to see
  • Add export to spreadshet google drive
  • Add this options available to statistics and history

How is exporting currently managed, I mean how do I currently export things?

What do you think about QIF export?

Currently the app is just creating a csv file with the expenses dates that you want. On a lot of reviews people are asking if they can create spreadsheets directly. Honestly, it's the first time I read about QIF export but seems like a good alternative too 👍

It would be cool to have choices as user and to implement it similar to the current export solution, so that everybody can write his own export class using the interface.
But I do not know how the user could then choose which export implementation to use.

Maybe an import and export interface would be nice, so that one could implement both ways in one provider.
