Windows 10 layout problem #3

I just downloaded the app today, and it's quite nice. However, the bottom fields are obscured when running on Windows 10.

I should add that I'm using a 4K monitor and using Windows Display Setting Scale and layout size = 150%

Is it OK when you set layout size to 100% ?
