Host static mirror of github wiki #1409

Github is presently blocking most github wiki spaces from search engine indexing. See https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/4992 and https://github-wiki-see.page/

This means users can't easily find technical documentation and tutorials that we host on the github wiki.

One solution is to host our own static mirror of the github wiki, like the bluescsi v2 project is doing: https://bluescsi.com/docs/
