[Q/A] How to use toast/alert/notification and tooltip libs?

What happened?

I can't use toast and tooltip librairies in Sidebar.

I've tried lot of librairies like react-toastify and react-tooltip but it's always broken. CSS an JS seems to be not loaded.
Probably a problem with shadow DOM.

I list some issues who can help:

Have you any idea or functional exemple?
