[Feature Request] Improve unique item quick search

Unqiue item should do more strict on quick search (alt+d) and quick open poe.trade search (alt+q)

• strict on corrupted (should be yes or not, not either)
• strict on replica (should be yes or not, not either)
• abyssal unique should search a number of abysal socket in it.
• advance search should be able to apply on unique with implicit mods even they don't have vary mods on it

I see many people make a mistake on selling unique item on cheap price specially newbies
and even for me, I think it's annoying to open search in web browser (alt-q) and then need to adjust search form.
