The following are all listed as categories:

  • How-To
  • Self-Improvement
  • Video-Games
  • Climate
  • Weather
  • Tabletop
  • Role-Playing

But when trying to use them with trending (ihttps://api.podcastindex.org/api/1.0/podcasts/trending?max=10&lang=en&cat=How-To), a HTTP ERROR 500 is returned. All the other categories work fine.

Oh no! Let me check and see what's going on.

Does it happen if you use the category number instead of name, or just if you use the name?

If you use the category number instead of the name, How-To, Self-Improvement and Video-Games work. Category number for Climate, Weather, Tabletop and Role-Playing all work for trending, but they return zero feeds. I would think that every category would have feeds that are trending (and God help us all if there aren't all least a couple climate feeds that are trending), but maybe I am misunderstanding how trending works.

Ok thanks for that info. I’ll look at it today.

I see what's happening now. I have it on my fix list.
