Replaced elements "Value", "Boostagrams" and "Sat Streaming" with "Value (Other)", "Value (Boostagrams)", and "Value (SAT Streaming)" respectively. In apps.json, I assumed that if either of the latter two were present, then "Value (Other)" was redundant and could be removed.

I see this PR as the start of a conversation. Obviously, I'm a newcomer here, and there may be history and semantics I'm not aware of with Value for Value. The exact meaning of Value (Other) is perhaps unclear, for instance. Does it actually imply something separate from Boostagrams and SAT Streaming? Should there be a separate Value (Boost) element, for boosts without attached messages, or is that implied by support for Boostagrams?
