• Delayed sprint close by a couple days again; time spent catching up on AI is fine, but I likely spent too much time planning other features – plan only what you can accomplish, otherwise work is just piling up. Fortunately (or not) the planning was on another project, so it's not like it's causing rework on this project. Even if I get distracted by more exciting projects, we should go ahead and close an iteration on schedule even though no one is counting on us :P
  • Get a teeeam
