No Track & Trace emails sent to customer #58
Comments
Hi @stijneikelboom , |
Hi @Abdalsalaam, Thanks for the response! What can be the reason that PostNL is not sending Track & Trace emails to customers if the email address is passed on? Is there a way to verify the email address reached PostNL in good order? We have the WooCommerce Email setting enabled (see screenshot), but no Track & Trace emails are sent from WooCommerce at all. Other WooCommerce emails are properly delivered, so that is not the issue. It seems both features are currently not working as intended. Could you please follow up on this? Thanks, also on behalf of our client! |
I had the same problem, the tracking code is send to customers as a "notice-email" not very clear for all customers. this should be changed. |
Hi @Snoopy1975-2. Did you find a way to work around this issue? |
Hi @Abdalsalaam is there any solution to this problem? Is there a hook where you can force the string to be added in the email? Also our emails are not showing this string. |
For labels generated through the plugin, no Track & Trace emails are sent to customers. This isn't the case upon label generation and neither upon the first scan of the label by PostNL.
No emails are sent by PostNL and neither by WooCommerce. At least the former would be desirable, to keep the customer updated throughout the shipment process. However, the
WooCommerce Email Text
setting suggests the latter would be the case as well. The text entered for this setting is only added to the order as a note, but not sent to the customer. Two questions:
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
