Summary

Want to test and validate that wcc can play nicely with a component library. Would like to use [generic-components](https://github.com/thepassle/generic-components.

Details

Imagine this will require handling node_modules resolutions and also will likely expose some needs for the DOM shim, a la #37.

Should double check if want to do anything specific with needing to walk bare specifiers / node modules, a la #43 / #44
