New mob special Abilities #1528

Add more special abilities for mobs:

Ender dragon breath and fireballs
Ghast and blaze fireballs
Llama spit
breeze wind charges (For the 1.21 update when it comes out)

I'm sure I forgo other mobs but these will be a great addition
