Concept

Coaching for how to react to unsolicited behavior (i.e. intimidating behavior while at events) and how to respect and prioritize consent (mainly aimed here at allies).

This idea came from the CoC workgroup. Our hope here with a dual approach training was to have an open conversation around consent-first behavior when it comes to networking at community groups.

Support required

  • coaches (maybe there is an expert someone knows)
  • location & sponsor for food (this might require a longer session)
  • event organizers

Next steps

  • collect material for the session (this might mean building this inhouse but there might be an expert who can help us)
  • set date
  • move to steps below for an event.
