Cross Compile on Ubuntu to aarch64 reports undefined reference to pthread_create@GLIBC_2.34 with Python Compiled from source

running cargo build --target aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu yields error messages like

/usr/lib/gcc-cross/aarch64-linux-gnu/9/../../../../aarch64-linux-gnu/bin/ld: /home/discord9/cross_compile_pyo3/libpython_aarch64/py_build/lib/libpython3.10.so: undefined reference to `pthread_create@GLIBC_2.34'

and many other similar lines involving pthread-related functions' undefined reference.
I read and search a lot with no found of similiar issues(Other crosss compile issues never have problem with pthread)

Detailed Configure

I built Python 3.10.10 from source with this Dockerfile:

copy built Python outside, and already set PYO3_CROSS_LIB_DIR
to the correct lib path, also write a build.rs like this:

Never mind, I used different version of toolchain for cross compile inside/outside docker, it;s ok now
