Describe the bug
The region showcase on the A2O website inconsistently and incorrectly adds the "No audio data" to sites that do have audio data.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://data.acousticobservatory.org/
2. Scroll down to "View Some Sites"
3. Note sites that have the "No audio yet" label
4. Reload the page with Ctrl + R until the sites have different "No audio data" labels

Expected behavior
"No audio data" labels to only be applied to projects that have no audio data

After page refresh, the Fletcherview Research Station card no longer has the "No audio data" label

Additional context
This bug only applies to regions (and perhaps projects) that do have audio data, but the "No audio data" label is applied incorrectly.

I have not been able to reproduce this bug on the A2O regions list page
